November 2008:  Cowater Launches New On-Line Consultant Database

On November 10th, Cowater launched a new, web-based International Development Consultants Database, accessible through this website.  Cowater now invites existing associates and new applicants to register with us on-line, and to upload their current CVs directly into this database.  This new system will allow our consultants to keep their own profiles completely up-to-date, and to attach periodic new CVs reflecting their ever-expanding base of experience.  Cowater's Project Managers will be enabled to search this database directly as consultant placement opportunites become available.
