Cowater International (Cowater) is a management consulting firm providing leading-edge, innovative solutions to clients worldwide.  Over the past 27 years, Cowater has developed a reputation for our ability to work with clients and stakeholders to provide solutions and services tailored to the needs and challenges faced by developing and transitional countries.

Based in Ottawa, Canada, Cowater also has subsidiary operations in the United States (Cowater Alaska) and South Africa (Cowater-CRG (Pty.) Ltd.). Over time, the company has grown from three original partners to hundreds of staff worldwide.  In addition to our headquarter and subsidiary operations, we manage project offices in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Mozambique, Lesotho, Ghana and Haiti.

Cowater teams manage and implement projects ranging in size from small sector studies and evaluations to large multi-year, multi-million dollar implementation contracts.  Through our work in over 60 countries and experience gained from more than 300 projects, we have developed an excellent reputation for our ability to maximize results for our clients.
