Dan Coleman CPA, B.Comm
Dan Coleman is a professional accountant and finance leader with over 30 years of international development experience. As Corporate Secretary, Mr. Coleman oversees corporate and branch office registrations, provides contract advisory services, and plays a leadership role in any M&A activity. As Senior Director (Finance Advisory), Mr. Coleman performs a senior advisory role to the finance department and the President in such areas as M&A, corporate finance, audit, and ERP implementation. Finally, Mr. Coleman works on projects, providing finance, risk, and procurement advisory services.
Prior to his appointment as Corporate Secretary and Senior Director, Mr. Coleman has held several other senior posts for Cowater including VP Finance and Administration, VP of a sectoral consulting department, and Chief Operating Officer.
