Ted Robinson, B.A. - Vice-President, Municipal Services & Enterprise Development Group

Mr. Robinson has been working in the local government sector for over thirty years. He has worked directly with four different sized municipalities throughout Canada with most of his experience gained as a senior executive with the City of Ottawa. His former responsibilities included managing a workforce of over 800 employees with an annual capital and operating budget exceeding $100 million. He was responsible for and directed many key change management activities, undertook numerous process reengineering and operational reviews, and continuously pursued best management practices with his administrative team.  He regularly advised the Mayor and City Council on matters relating to infrastructure planning, all major growth related issues, transportation planning and environmental management.  For the past ten years Mr. Robinson has worked in over 15 countries on many local government capacity building and institutional strengthen projects including those located in such regions as Eastern Europe, the Balkans, Central America, the Middle East, and parts of Asia.
