Victoria Clayman, B.A. - Technical Writer/Editor

Ms. Clayman is an experienced Technical Writer and Proposal Coordinator who has written and developed winning responses to information and technology, and large-scale personnel-based proposals from the Federal and Provincial Governments and private sector. Her areas of expertise include tender preparation for large-scale resource-based projects, research, technical writing/editing, marketing and proposal preparation for government RFPs. She has studied developing government structures and sustainable development through the evolution of democratic processes, as well as verbal and non-verbal communication techniques. Prior to joining Cowater, Ms. Clayman worked in Ottawa with private sector companies coordinating and writing their tender responses. She will continue to apply her varied technical skills as she works with Cowater?s Business Development team.
