Gender equality and social inclusion enable a diversity of women, men, girls and boys to lead fulfilling lives. We understand that community members have unique needs and face different barriers. With that in mind, we develop and implement transformative programming and strategies that contribute to gender equality, women’s empowerment and social inclusion across sectors, suited to the local context. Our approach involves working collaboratively with governments, civil society and women’s organizations to support them in setting their agenda and build their capacity to advance women’s rights and gender equality.
