Advancing women’s leadership contributes to inclusive decision-making and governance. Recognizing that women face historical and cultural barriers to their involvement in political life, we support them through training and capacity building to participate and thrive in political settings. We advise and support women to drive legislative and policy changes that benefit women, girls and other underrepresented groups. Gender-sensitive civic education is central to promoting women’s political participation so our experts use innovative ways to engage with women, men and community gatekeepers to enlist their support.
