Cowater was contracted by JICA-Pakistan to prepare a Citizens Community Board (CCB) Improvement Plan in Model District as part of Japan International Cooperation Agency’s Devolution Support Project in Hafizabad district in the Punjab. The objective of the Plan was to increase both CCB activity in Hafizabad district as well as local development budgetary allocations targeting locally-identified priorities.
