1997-2004 | Global Affairs Canada | CAD 18.4M

The “Egypt Environmental Initiatives Fund (EEI Fund)” initiative promoted the sound management and conservation of Egypt’s natural resources (particularly water and soil) by the Egyptian private and voluntary sectors. Cowater’s role helped strengthen the capacity of the targeted Egyptian organizations by designing and implementing a fund to support community initiatives to improve the environment. Cowater additionally designed and implemented a social communication strategy for promoting the environmental fund.
