Feasibility study for the implementation of SIGTAS at the General Tax Directorate

Cowater undertook this study to support Burkina Faso’s Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) and their computerization of tax procedures. Part of this process was the process of aquiring an  Integrated Tax Management System to add efficiancy and accountability to the tax process and the feasibility study analyzed the various aspects related to the possible implementation of the Integrated Tax Management System software at the DGl of Burkina Faso. The study determined the extent and content of changes to be made to the software to administer taxes and duties in Burkina Faso.
