Through the delivery of this project Cowater assisted the Forum Bank of Ukraine to better design and implement processes for credit, deposit taking and treasury operations to contribute to the economic and social development of Ukraine. Cowater was selected by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to assist the Forum Bank in all aspects of its growth strategy, but especially in its lending practices to Small and Medium Enterprises. This project had three phases; the evaluation of existing structures and all mainstream product delivery and control processes with the Senior Management, the identification of appropriate solutions and recommendation, and the implementation of these recommendations.
