Cowater International (formerly Transtec) was invited by the UNHCR, through this framework agreement, to conduct evaluations in areas such as refugee protection, international refugee law, conflict and fragility, forced displacement, humanitarian response, humanitarian-development nexus, contingency planning, emergency preparedness and response, humanitarian and development financing, sexual and gender-based violence, child protection, social protection, education, sustainable solutions (returns, integration, resettlement), livelihoods, wash, nutrition, public heath, shelter, cash-based interventions, supply chain management and logistics, private sector engagement, organisational effectiveness, information and data management, capacity building and learning, policy and law development and reform, energy, climate change, environment, and governance.
