Implementation of the Public Finance Management Component of the Good Governance, PFM and Statistics Support Joint Programme

This project saw Cowater International (formerly Transtec) implement the public finance component of the EU-funded good governance, PFM and statistics joint support programme which sought to improve the overall public financial management system. Cowater International ensured the complete and timely implementation of this project supporting the PFM reform management unit and the implementation structures, including activities strengthening the capacities of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), and ensured the implementation of reforms that contributed to the improvement of the PFM performance system while supporteding the MEF in the monitoring, evaluation and documentation of the programme’s performance.
