Providing support service to manage and operate the NZ-AGF. Established operating protocols for Facility Management, conducted stakeholder outreach, and prepared a baseline and needs assessment for the countries. Potential support projects were identified, and concept notes developed for the approval of the Steering Committee and further leads the day-to-day management of suppliers and maintains relationship with stakeholders.
