Preliminary Study of the Internal Audit Agency (BPKP) and Human Resource Development for the Ministry of Finance

In 1997, Cowater implemented this Asian Development Bank funded project which provided support to the Indonesia Ministry of Finance in Human Resource Development. This included assisting the internal audit agency of Indonesia in re-defining their public sector audit role and assisting the Education and Training Agency of the Ministry of Finance to develop a medium-term Human Resource Development Strategy to improve public sector financial management.
