Programme Evaluation Provider (PEP) for the Joint Peace Fund

South and South-East Asia - Myanmar

2019-2022 | UNOPS |

The Joint Peace Fund (JPF) was established by 11 international donors to support the national peace process in Myanmar. Under this long-term agreement, acting as independent Programme Evaluation Provider (PEP), Cowater International (formerly Transtec) is tasked with conducting evaluations, through the issuance of task orders with unique terms of references under this agreement. Cowater International mobilises and manages, at relatively short notice, mixed international and national evaluation teams that have the appropriate expertise and country-specific knowledge in working in peace process negotiations and systems, reconciliation/ceasefire programming, and multi-dimensional conflict environments.
