Europe and Central Asia - Ukraine

2025-2026 | Global Affairs Canada | $10M CAD

In a context of widespread conflict and recovery, this project supports Ukraine’s National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide in preserving cultural identity and strengthening institutional resilience. Through digitization of historical materials, development of core exhibitions, and international outreach, the project promotes public awareness of the Holodomor, supports academic research, and helps build the Museum’s long-term sustainability. It contributes to safeguarding Ukrainian heritage, while reinforcing values of human rights, inclusion, and genocide prevention.
