Implemented by Cowater International (formerly Transtec), this project consisted mainly of interventions supporting the National Police (institutional support, upgrading of training systems, strengthening of the public service culture and ethical standards). It also included general activities to strengthen the internal security apparatus in Chad and support the actors engaged in internal security, with a focus on the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security, the Ministry Delegate to the Presidency of the Republic in charge of National Defence, Veterans and Victims of War, development partners and civil society.
