Adrienne Jack
Adrienne Jack is an experienced international development professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational leadership. Her expertise spans leadership and management coaching, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, performance and talent development, and cultural competence. Adrienne is deeply committed to challenging norms and empowering vulnerable and marginalized groups, contributing to lasting solutions for sustainable development.
Prior to her current role, Adrienne spent over a decade in progressive management positions overseeing program implementation across Cowater’s Asia-Pacific portfolio. Her work focused on advancing women’s economic empowerment, gender equality, disability and social inclusion, and inclusive economic growth. She holds a BA (Honours) in Political Science and Law and has completed a range of professional development programs in leadership and management, including workplace investigations, GBA+, and is currently pursuing her HRPA designation.
