Anasuya Prabhu
Anasuya Prabhu is Cowater UK’s Head of Business Development, leading Cowater’s business development and programme acquisition for UK clients, especially FCDO. She builds and maintains Cowater UK’s opportunity pipeline, builds partnerships with firms and organisations, leads tender teams, and designs new programmes, as well as collaborating closely with colleagues across all Cowater Global Corporate Offices to improve business development efforts and programme design across all Cowater’s clients.
She has 15 years of experience in international development, specialising in governance reform, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected countries, including public financial management, tax reform, trade facilitation, decentralisation and subnational governance, and service delivery. She has lived and worked in countries such as South Sudan, Afghanistan, and Kenya, and advised government and supported reforms in South Sudan, Syria, Ethiopia, and the OPTs.
