Diego Navarro
As Senior Business Development Adviser of Cowater International SA, Diego supervises and ensures a high level of quality in the technical proposals designed and developed by the Business Development Managers. With over 10 years of experience spanning business intelligence and private sector development, Diego ensures that Business Development Teams meet the highest standards in tendering processes. His role involves strategic support on major projects across diverse regions including Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
Prior to his current role, Diego worked as Bid Manager, Project Director and Senior Consultant on several EU-funded interventions with a focus on private sector development, export promotion and market research. He graduated from the University Sorbonne in Paris and the University Complutense in Madrid with a dual Bachelor’s degree in European law and subsequently earned a Master’s in International Business Administration. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
