
Erin Anderson
Erin Anderson is an accomplished international development leader with over 20 years of experience advancing governance, gender equality, disability rights, and inclusive development across the Asia-Pacific region. She brings deep technical expertise in evaluation, inclusive governance, and adaptive program implementation, with a proven ability to foster meaningful collaboration across governments, civil society, and the private sector.
In her current role as Technical Director for Asia Pacific at Cowater International, Erin provides strategic leadership across gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), and program effectiveness. She previously served as Team Leader for the Australia-Indonesia Partnership Towards an Inclusive Society (INKLUSI), where she led efforts to strengthen partnerships and ensure more inclusive, locally led development outcomes. Erin holds a Master of Evaluation from the University of Melbourne and postgraduate qualifications in political science, public policy, gender, and disability inclusion.
