EU Restricted Contract Award Procedure Evaluations – Lot 2 : Other Evaluations (Programming and Relevance and Policy Alignment)

Cowater International (formerly Transtec) participates in this framework contract to conduct evaluations focusing on programming relevance and policy coherence. The Dutch Ministrys policy areas of focus include: strengthening the international legal order and respect for human rights; security and stability; European cooperation; provision of consular services and promoting Dutch interests and values abroad; sustainable trade and investment; sustainable development, food security and water; social development; peace and security for development; and strengthening frameworks for development.
