European Union Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) for El Salvador II

The objective of this contract, implemented by Cowater International, was the provision of the necessary support services to ensure the smooth functioning of the EU EOM (Election Observation Mission)and to help the EU EOM achieve its objectives. Cowater International implemented the logistics, security, financial, and administrative aspects of the 2019 EU EOM to the Republic of El Salvador for the Presidential Elections.
