Framework Agreement for Evaluation Services

The purpose of the framework agreement for Evaluation Services is to contract a limited number of suppliers, with extensive knowledge of development evaluation and strong evaluation skills and experience to ensure the provision of rigorous high-quality evaluations and thereby enable wide use of evaluative evidence within Sida and among its partners. Evaluations may relate to any of Sidas thematic, methodological and geographical areas of work, as defined by the strategies at global, regional and country levels, decided upon by the Swedish government. The services will vary in size from smaller studies to larger evaluation processes and products.
