Framework Agreement for Market Development and Agriculture (MDA)

The objective of the Framework Agreement is to provide Sida with additional expertise in the thematic areas stated below when Sidas own in-house human resources, for various reasons, are insufficient to effectively deliver on Sidas mandate. The Framework Agreement is at the disposal of all Sida departments and units as well as Swedish Embassies (UM) in order to acquire services within the scope of these Terms of Reference. Sida Stockholm use the Framework Agreement for all call-off assignments primarily relating to the thematic sub-areas of market development and agriculture.
