Framework Agreement on Democracy and Human Rights, including the Democracy and Human Rights Help Desk

The Framework Agreement covers Sida’s work Sida’s work in Democracy, Human Rights, Public Institutions and Public Administration and the Rule of Law. It includes work in all parts of the world where Sweden is engaged in development cooperation – countries where peace prevails and countries in conflict and post-conflict situations, as well as countries with political regimes and systems in different stages of democratisation and autocratisation . The Helpdesk services under the framework agreement provide short-term expert support to Sida’s contribution management, strategy development and operationalization process and thematic/methodological support within the area of Democracy and Human Rights, offered on request from both Sida Head office and Swedish Missions Abroad.
