Local Adaptation to Climate Change (LACC)

The Local Adaptation to Climate Change (LACC) Project promotes sustainable and inclusive livelihoods and natural resource management in Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces in Nepal. LACC supports local communities to adapt to the impacts of climate change and environmental changes, aiming to secure livelihoods and improve living conditions. LACC works in the following sectors: Climate change adaptation & resilience, Disaster risk reduction and preparedness, Land use planning and management, Integrated water and forest resources management, Livelihoods development, value chains and cooperatives, Environment conservation and management, Local governance and Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI).
