Mongolian Schools Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Feasibility Study

Cowater was sub-contracted to support the delivery of a detailed capital project study focused on education sector development in Mongolia. Inputs included data collection, evaluating a sample of existing educational facilities (schools and residences), assisting in the definition of an evaluation framework, supporting the preparation of environmental and social impact assessments, assessing the needs of women and developing a gender equality plan, and co-authoring the study’s final report for presentation to the Government of Mongolia and Asian Development Bank.
