Strengthening of Civil Society Organisations – ATSC

This project implemented, by Cowater International is promoting the establishment of an enabling environment for civil society, and to provide support for the coordination and monitoring of the EU engagement strategy with regard to civil society in Tunisia. Through the delivery of this project Cowater contributes to the definition of the EU support strategy for civil society, its implementation and its operational monitoring; contributes to the management of a Support Programme for Civil Society and Independent Bodies (PASCII), and to the establishment of synergies with other EU actions in support of the civil society; supports public institutions involved with civil society; supports Tunisian Civil Society Organizations in their operations and management; strengthens coordination between technical and financial partners; ensures knowledge management and communication on assistance and support for civil society.
