Support to Swedish Agencies to develop capacity to develop, implement and monitor international development cooperation

Framework contract to support Swedish Agencies, involved in International Development Projects. Some Swedish authorities have built up considerable internal competence in terms of international development cooperation and require only specific training or advisory support. Other authorities – whose area of expertise can be highly relevant for development cooperation – participate to a lesser extent in development cooperation. These authorities require more comprehensive support, especially if they do not have their own human resources to seek funds for and/or manage development efforts.
