Improving local governance entails building the capacity of sub-national governments to generate and manage revenue, adhere to transparent procurement practices, deliver quality public services, and manage growth. We support the development of smart city models and employ innovative solutions for service delivery and citizen engagement. We work to increase access to critical public services, from water, power and sewerage connection to citizen registration. Our expertise supports governance improvements by reducing opportunities for corruption and ensuring that people’s voices, especially those of marginalized groups and people with disabilities, are represented equitably.
