Social service delivery

Effective, equitable and accessible delivery of social services

Access to essential public services such as education, health care, clean drinking water, and sanitation is fundamental to meeting basic human needs, reducing poverty and achieving economic development and wellbeing. Working with governments at all levels, Cowater International’s projects aim to strengthen the delivery of social services by improving the allocation of public resources, strengthening accountability and responsiveness of service providers, equipping front-line workers with the necessary training and resources, and facilitating greater cross-sector coordination and collaboration to support innovative and effective approaches to service delivery.
