Resilient, gender-responsive health systems are key to healthy and thriving communities. Improving maternal, newborn and child health as well as sexual and reproductive health and rights is central to our approach to working with governments and civil society. We increase the access and quality of health care by prioritizing skills development and training curricula for health care workers, including nurses and midwives, as central actors in health systems.
