Ensuring equal access to quality education and training is critical to achieving better economic opportunities. We engage government actors at national, regional and local levels to facilitate comprehensive education system reforms. Building on 35 years of experience in this field, our experts help governments, educational institutions and the private sector to develop quality, gender-responsive curricula and programs suited to the local context. This allows education and vocational training to be more accessible and better aligned with employment opportunities and the needs of girls and boys, women and men.
