
CRC Sogema and Cowater Awarded Contract for 3-year DFATD-funded Project to Strengthen the Ministry of Health in Honduras
CRC Sogema in partnership with Cowater recently-signed this contract, funded by the Government of Canada through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), to improve health conditions of the rural population at risk from vector-transmitted diseases.The Prevention and Control of Chagas Disease and Leishmaniasis (COCHALE) Project supports the Ministry of Health?s implementation of its national strategy for the prevention and control of Chagas and Leishmaniasis specifically, reducing transmission in Honduras. CRC Sogema and Cowater will provide technical assistance to increase capacity of the Ministry of Health in priority areas including financial administration; procurement and logistics; and human resource development, planning, and gender equality.
