New Regulation to Drive Infrastructure Investment in Cambodia
This important step contributes to Cambodia’s ambition to mobilize USD 36 billion by 2033 under its National Infrastructure Master Plan, aimed at encouraging inclusive and resilient economic growth.
This regulation is the result of close collaboration between the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and the Australian Government, delivered through the Cambodia Australia Partnership for Resilient Economic Development (CAPRED). It opens up new channels for companies to secure capital and for investors to engage in Cambodia’s development priorities.
CAPRED is a five-year initiative funded by the Australian Government and implemented by Cowater International.
