The Trade Support Programme (TSP) II, implemented by Cowater International (formerly Transtec), was a programme funded by the European Union to support and improve Indonesian exports, further integrating the country into the international trade system and, more particularly, into the EU market. This was advanced with a focus on upgrading the export quality infrastructure that supports Indonesia’s access to international markets; strengthening the institutional framework of the export quality infrastructure system; and providing technical assistance to related government institutions and business operators.
