Emmanuel Pradez
As Director of the Framework Contracts and Elections department for Cowater International SA (formerly Transtec SA), Mr. Pradez is leading from Brussels a team based in several locations in Europe, working on EU Election Observation Missions and implementation of Multiple Framework Contracts. He oversees the preparation of the proposals and implementation of all the projects.
Emmanuel has over 20 years of experience in international development with a leadership role in designing and managing worldwide Multiple EU Framework Contracts for INTPA, FWC EU Election Observation Missions for FPI, EU MS Bilateral Cooperations (AfD, Enabel, HIS, LuxDev, SIDA, DANIDA) and LTAs for UNDP. Prior to working in international development, Emmanuel worked for a non-profit organisation active in the cultural sector in Europe. He has also worked as event and communication consultant, on EU funded projects.
He is fluent in French, English, Italian.
