Kader Cherigui
Director of International Cooperation and Partnerships
As the Director of International Cooperation and Partnerships of Cowater Belgium since 2003, Kader analyses and forecasts the company’s positioning at the upstream level for upcoming programmes and projects, particularly those funded through Official Development Assistance (ODA). He conducts daily intelligence operations, collaborates closely with colleagues across all Cowater Global Corporate Offices, and fosters knowledge sharing, synergies, and complementarities within the organization.
With over 25 years of experience in international development and cooperation, Kader acquired experience within international organisations, NGOs, national and decentralised authorities, private sector. His experience encompasses the design and implementation of projects.
Kader holds a Post Graduate degree in European Economic Studies from the Institut d’Etudes Européennes (IEE) Brussels and is proficient in French, English, Spanish.
