Cowater International works in partnership with governments, the private sector and industry to build a skilled and competitive labour force. Through a wide gamut of education, technical and vocational training, skills training, and on-the-job learning programs, we aim to enhance access to employment and workforce participation, particularly for groups that face barriers, including women. We also work with governments to advance evidence-based policies and programs designed to strengthen links between education, technical and vocational training and employment.
